Despite talent problems that have become a growth problem for many manufacturing companies, Rj Link Int. has greatly enhanced the Engineering Dept. within the past couple of years with a “Dream Team” of engineers that have experience in many different applications in numerous markets. Companies that are lacking in that skill level are turning to Rj Link Int. for answers to custom gearbox solutions that they are not able to solve internally.

Mike Mihajlovic – Senior Project Engineer
30+ years of designing, drafting & project management extending to all phases of new product programs, customer interfacing, manufacturing introduction & supplier interfacing.
Designed gearboxes for electro-mechanical hybrid vehicles, construction machines, all kinds of gears, valves, gear pumps & fluid motors, variable displacement roller vane pumps, variable displacement axial & radial piston pumps, pneumatic & hydraulic cylinders with rod clamps, test equipment for pneumatic systems & hydraulic pumps & motors.
Designed and developed new generation of pneumatic rod clamps (patented).
