Rj Link International, Inc. has been providing a wide range of gearboxes and components for airport snow removal equipment for most of their nearly 20 year history. Rj Link participated in the annual show which was held at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center in Buffalo, NY.
This year’s show included an exhibition of airport snow removal equipment; a number of which incorporate an Rj Link gearbox. There were a significant number of attendees representing airports in areas where snow removal is a necessity. The big talk at the show centered on the unpredictability of the weather which resulted in abnormally low snowfall in many areas over the past couple of years. Equipment manufacturers were not able to test new designs and some snow equipment buying decisions were delayed or cancelled because of the lack of snow.
Rj Link continues to participate and support efforts to continuously improve the design and construction of components used in the crucial removal of snow from airports around the world.
