Rj Link attends Go Global Conference

Rockford, IL – Rj Link participated in the Rockford Area Development Council’s Go Global 2013 Conference.

Attendees representing 114 companies were provided with ample opportunities for networking with similarly-minded colleagues targeting the worldwide market. Exhibits were provided by organizations offering various types of assistance to organizations entering or expanding their business onto the global market. Speaker presentations were made on two tracks: Compliance and Execution of a global supply strategy.

John Murphy, VP International Affairs, US Chamber of Commerce provided the lunch presentation “The State of World Trade” which gave a snap-shot of the US position in the world market as well as factors that are having an influence on the US position in the world market. The US Chamber of Commerce celebrates the success of free trade agreements and is actively advocating expansion of those agreements.
