Contract Machining

These large bull wheel gears go into a power cable pulling machine.  The parts are shown after their second operation, which was completed on a Mori Seiki SL-400, 1 turret lathe.  The 8620 bar stock weighed 500 lbs prior to machining, and 398 lbs once completed.
