Providing Power to PTO Generator
A small company located in Louisiana recently contacted Rj Link looking for a gearbox solution. The company is located in an area where it is not uncommon to have electrical outages. They wanted to provide their own electricity with a 35 to 65 hp tractor that would provide power to a PTO generator. In order to conserve fuel, they would like to operate the tractor at around 1500 rpm, while increasing the output speed of the PTO 3 times to drive the generator.
