Engineering/Quality Manager – John Oller

Rj Link International is playing a pivotal role in helping to educate & attract young people to manufacturing. Rj Link’s Engineering/Quality Manager, John Oller, is a Career Coach through the Rockford Unite program that makes it possible for students and adult career seekers to explore real careers with real professionals and employers. The Career Coach Message Board allows students to communicate back and forth with Career Coaches, which allows the student to get information right from the source. This program has already sparked interest from students to careers in manufacturing.
