Speed increasing gearbox

Rj Link International takes great pride in listening to the customer and producing what they want.  A recent example of this is when a request came in from a company  that was needing a speed increasing gearbox to drive a custom pump system.  The gearbox would need to handle 240 HP, with a 1000 RPM input speed at a 1:2  ratio.  What makes this application unique is the special spline size that was needed for a direct connect to the gearbox. 

Using the D190 base model, Rj Link’s engineering team created the pump pad interface and spline connection to the customer’s requirements.  This solution provided all the power that was needed in the smallest package for the customer’s application. The customer has been extremely happy with the gearboxes, and is in the process of placing additional orders.
