Rj Link Int. participated in the 2016 Academy Expo yesterday.  More than 130 businesses turned out for a chance to engage freshmen about career possibilities and life after high school.  The purpose of the event is to help Rockford Public School freshmen students choose their academy.   It also exposes them to careers and jobs within the region that are looking to grow their workforce.  Rj Link Int’s John Oller and Ann McGirk interacted with students to expose them to the design and manufacturing of gears & gearboxes, and the different pathways that are available with an engineering degree.
